Mindful Meditation Yoga, d/b/a of Power Of Breath was co founded in 2000 by Anu Malhotra as a non for profit organization. As of today, thousands of lives have been transformed through our group / one- on -one sessions and yoga/meditation retreats.

Anu Malhotra is a former Health Care Executive , that has served as Director of United Health Care ,Vice President of Aetna US Health Care & President of American Physical Rehab Clinic. Anu is also a NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner & Yoga Teacher. She is a co-founder of Power Of Breath, a non-for profit organization! Through Power Of Breath, Anu has held various speaking engagements at Large Corporations, Religious Institutions, Libraries & Hospitals, where she spreads her mission of teaching Healthier, Happier & Stress-Free living.
Arun Tandon has been teaching yoga/ pranayama/meditation for over ten years. Arun is a licensed pharmacist and has been practicing with compassionate care for the last 20 years. He has been awarded the “Preceptor of the Year” award by Ferris State University. He has lectured at several universities, institutions, and nursing homes. His extensive knowledge of the human body/mind relationship, positive and negative impact of medicine on human body, and his simple yet powerful holistic approach towards health makes him a great teacher. Arun is well regarded and recognized for his humility and love for humanity.
Renu Sharma has been teaching yoga/ pranayama and meditation for ten years. She has managed her rehab clinic as a licensed occupational therapist for over 20 years. Her passion is to help remove pain and suffering from peoples’ lives through her positive/caring attitude, knowledge of rehab, and deep understanding of pranayama techniques and meditation. Renu sees herself in every human being, and that is why she feels everyone’s pain and is always willing and ready to help others with their problems. Her effectiveness to transform peoples’ lives and help them improve their health have established her as a much sought after teacher of pranayama. According to Renu, “People first, then all the rest!”
Bharat Malhotra has been practicing yoga/pranayama/meditation for many years. By profession, he is a computer programmer and has held management positions for national organizations. Because of his passion for yoga/pranayama/meditation, he spends most of his time organizing seminars in an effort to help spread positivity, peace, happiness, and disease-free living. People love him for his humility and simplified approach toward life.

I practiced yoga/pranayama through Mindful Meditation Yoga with Anu Malhotra for a couple years as a teenager. The amount of positivity, strength, and wisdom yoga has instilled within me is incredible. I cannot thank Mindful Meditation Yoga and Anu Malhotra enough for allowing me to experience such a serene and emotional journey. Today, I continue to cherish the skills I have learned through yoga and will do so for a lifetime.
